1. Non-Refundable Fees
- The annual Registered Agent fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the service is used in full or part.
- Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued.
2. Forwarding Fees
- If you request forwarding of physical mail or legal documents by post, postage and handling fees are non-refundable once the service is rendered.
3. Non-Payment and Service Termination
- Failure to pay the annual fee by the due date will result in automatic resignation of Registered Agent services.
- In such cases, no refund will be provided.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if:
- A payment was processed in error or duplicated.
- You were charged incorrectly due to a system malfunction.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Refund eligibility is strictly limited as described in this Policy.
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from refund denials, non-refundable fees, or service cancellations.
- Once services are purchased and activated, your sole and exclusive remedy is limited to cases where a refund is expressly permitted under this Policy (e.g., duplicate or erroneous charges).
- In no event shall our total liability exceed the actual amount you paid for the Registered Agent service during the billing period in question.
